Careers in Research
OCH’s research is at the heart of our strategy, using rigorous mixed-method approaches to understand the values, motivations, and concerns of audiences often overlooked in climate debates.
You’ll work on research across the globe, diving deeply into each country to uncover the core values and worldviews that shape national attitudes. Our multidisciplinary team delivers foundational, formative, and summative research that informs campaigns, guides value-based audience segmentation, and evaluates impact.
By combining qualitative insight with large-scale quantitative polling, we generate evidence that shapes strategy and engagement. The role is primarily remote, with opportunities to travel.
